WebEOC is a web based application used by the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency (RIEMA), and all municipal and tribal emergency management agencies within the state, as well as multiple state, federal and external partners. WebEOC is the states emergency management crisis information tool to manage situational awareness, and resources on a daily basis and during major incidents and disasters.
